The easiest will be to go to the bank where you already have an existing relationship.

Some banks extend what they call "small business lines of credit" often through credit cards. Those are easier to get and can be based on your credit history alone. They typically are up to $100,000. For example, Wachovia's has various business lines of credits http://www.wachovia.com/small_biz/page/0... Their business line of credit can even be approved overnight,

However, if you're applying for a loan and if it is a big amount, banks and even the Small Business Administration may consider other factors aside from your business credit:

- A business plan explaining what the business is

- Your background and experience in the business -- in my experience, this is KEY in the eyes of the bank because they want to make sure that you know what you are doing and that you can make the business work. If you don't have any experience with the business, have someone on board that knows the business to give banks assurance that someone will guide you

- Your credit factors because it shows your dependability and how well you handle credit. They will do a credit check on you and poor credit history may be frowned upon, or even reason for the disapproval of your loan application

- Your collateral. Banks, even SBA guaranteed loans, want the borrower to show collateral. They want to be guaranteed that somewhere somehow they can get payment from you

- Condition or terms of loans. Banks would want to know three important things: "How much money are you requesting? What will it be used for? and For how long will it be needed?" Banks oftentimes prefer to approve loans for items that can be identified, has lasting value, and can be repossessed and sold if things fail.

Aside from banks I suggest you consider microloan providers. They typically fund up to $30K Read about the SBA Microloan Program http://www.sba.gov/financing/sbaloan/mic...

I'm trying to grow my hair out, but have to keep cutting because it starts to look like a mess.

If your trying to let your hair grow out you are going to have to stop cutting so much off. Trim your hair every 4-6wks, and don't take but approx. 1/2" off at those times( unless your hair is damaged, and you trusted stylist feels otherwise) Maintain good environment on your scalp, a proper diet, and get plenty of exercise. Good luck.

Get a trim every 6 weeks. Your hair will grow in between. When I was growing out my hair, I kept it up in a bun most of the time to keep the moisture.. it helps hair grow. I always wet my hair before I style it- it's easier that way for me. Be careful not to brush wet hair because it breaks. Use a deep conditioner once per week. Style it into a bun while it's wet and alternate with a ponytail for a few months. My hair is down to my lower back. It took a year. It was cut to my shoulder blades.

Good luck.

You have to get through the messy stage. The best news is the hairstyles these days seem messy. You could use headbands and ponytails since it is summer.

I'm trying to grow my hair out, but have to keep cutting because it starts to look like a mess. Any tips?

It might look messy if you're not conditioning it enough for your hair type. Try a hot oil treatment.

Layers keep hair from looking shaggy. Mousse does wonders to keep in-between lengths from falling out of place until it gets long enough to do something with them.

I'm trying to grow my hair out, but have to keep cutting because it starts to look like a mess. Any tips?

when it gets to that point (when you feel like it looks so bad you HAVE to cut it) wait 2 weeks.

i understand that it's easier said than done, but in 2 weeks it will get past that nasty stage.

i don't know how long it is now or how you want it to be as it grows so i can't give any other suggestions other than wait.

2 weeks is not a very long time if you consider how long you've wanted it longer and how much time you've already invested.

I'm trying to grow my hair out, but have to keep cutting because it starts to look like a mess. Any tips?

Stop cutting it. That bit about trimming it is a myth. If you have breakages or split ends, there are number of things you can do: rub olive oil on your fingers, and run your fingers through the ends of your hair. Use a hot oil treatment. Use mayo in your hair. Feed your body with more vitamins and nutrition so the hair grows better. If you don't like how it looks as it grows out, then put it up. You just have to cope until it is long enough to tie back with a band or a clip, but after that, there are unlimited things to do with putting up short-ish hair.

Professional waxing is what you need. Watch what they do carefully and maybe after a couple of times you can do it yourself. You are not alone. Many women have unwanted hair on their faces.

You should wax them.. It's very painful but it will give you a very clean look. Or you can try products like NEET but make sure it's ok to put on your face. Good luck.

go to lazer treatment they can tell you or use wax.

Help! i am a 22 yr old i have alot of hair down my sideburns what do i do, dont look very feminine any tips?

My sister has a lot of hair on her sideburns and she uses salley hansen wax strips. you can buy them at walmart or walgreens. they come in a box and the wax is already stuck to 2 pieces of paper. its very easy to do and less painful then hot wax. you can totally tell the difference in her face.

Help! i am a 22 yr old i have alot of hair down my sideburns what do i do, dont look very feminine any tips?

I would wax it (absolutely DON'T shave). Hair growth can be hormone-related and is sometimes able to be regulated with birth control pills, but you should check with your gyno to see if your type of hair growth is hormonal. If waxing gets to be too much for you, check into laser hair removal which is permanent and isn't painful.

Help! i am a 22 yr old i have alot of hair down my sideburns what do i do, dont look very feminine any tips?

All of the answers below are really good. I do as well have to go along with either get them waxed or get lazer removal. Until then if you want to simply hide them wear your hair down. But, that is not a solution so I would either shave them for now until you come up with some money for wax or removal. Good luck

Help! i am a 22 yr old i have alot of hair down my sideburns what do i do, dont look very feminine any tips?

I have exactly the same problem! When I was a teen I tried waxing and even shaving but that always left a 'pale spot' where the hair was. Nowadays, It doesn't really bug me but I do feel more comfortable wearing my hair down...

Help! i am a 22 yr old i have alot of hair down my sideburns what do i do, dont look very feminine any tips?

Whatever you do DONT SHAVE, because it will come back worse. You can wax, but go to a salon the first time, so they can wax the part you need, sometimes girls do it themselves and you can tell, because something doesnt look right. They take too much hair and dont leave enough, or one is not same as the other. The best thing is to go to professional, so they can match. and dont take too much off, because you want it to look natural.

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

I am a guy and no expert in salon etiquette. I tip the person who cuts my hair ($6 on a $30 haircut). But what about the woman who washed my hair? Right after my washing seems like an awkward moment to find my wallet, etc. Does my hair-cutter tip out the hair-washer (like the waiter-busboy relationship in a restaurant)? Thanks.

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

No, they share...the same as a waitress will share with a busboy.

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

The cutter is supposed to share the tip with the washer,

but you never tip the boss of an establishment it is considered rude, so if the boss is cutting your hair tip the hair washer directly

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

No, you don't have to!

You have paid for the service, and that is all should be expected.

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

Our salon's hairwasher keeps a little basket by the sink whereby people put in tips. I usually give them a dollar and more or less have that ready when I go for that purpose. Sometimes the beautician or barber who cuts your hair give them a tip. Depends on where you go. I'm sure some people do and some don't.

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

This is a great question, but one I don't know the answer to (I don't think I've ever had my hair cut at a place where a different person washes my hair from the person who cuts it). I'm gonna check back for the answer just in case I ever wind up at one of those places.

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

you dont have to tip the person who s washing your hair, i use to get my hair done by master hair stylist. you tip the person who is cutting your hair

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

If someone other than my hair dresser washes my hair, I tip her about $2. I wait until the hair dresser is done and I have paid for my cut and tipped her. Then, I find the nice young woman who so carefully washed my hair and give her the money. If she is busy, I ask the hair dresser to give it to her.

I am not sure how it works at other shops, but I have been doing this on my own.

I tip my hair dresser the same as you ($6 for a $30 cut).

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

I guess I have no salon etiquette because unless I am recieving some extra special treatment why should I have to leave a tip.

You are already paying 30 for the cut and the wash is included then the the 6 you leave as a tip if you also tipped the one washing your hair your hair cut would be costing you 40.

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

U really should tip the shampoo person but it is not mandatory

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

leave it at the desk and tell the women to give it to the washing person.

Do I have to tip the person who washes my hair?

It depends on where you live; if its a major city, then the answer is YES. I live in NYC and EVERYONE expects a tip. It might be a good idea just to ask, "Is it customary to tip here?" If so, 2-$5 is fine...unless its a fancy salon...

My friend (who has long red hair anyway) simply bent some wire clothes hangers, put them on her head and braided her hair around the clothes hangers.

Use a copper wire about three feet long and bend it to fit over your head in the form of the braids she wore. Braid your hair around it and the wire will hold them up.

I want to be pippi longstocking this coming haloween, any tips? hw should i fix my hair so it would stick out?

Try using a sturdy wire in your hair. You can wear it like one of those arrows they make that looks like have been shot through the head. The Pipi in the books always wore an overall-type dress with stripped or wild colored stockings that didn't match and never stayed up.

I got a few ideas!

You can buy loreal color pulse at any drugstore

It will turn your hair copper red until you wash it!

You can put it in two big braids!

And you can make the outfit easy!

as for the freckles any lip liner or eye liner would work or even a brown marker!

heres a picture of her outfit

for her socks you can get two white sox and dye them or marker them but im not too sure how well marker would work lol

good luck sounds like a great costume

To get the braids to stick out, braid your hair around pipe cleaners %26amp; then bend into shape.

My hair is kinda thin and really fine, I want loose/wavey curls that will stay in for a whole night.

After shampooing, try a root volumizer at the crown and both sides of head. Dry hair upside down with blow dryer. Then, put the top half of your hair up in a clip. Work with the bottom layer and curl hair in a spiral direction. Curl each section in a different direction. Finish bottom layer and repeat on top layer. Finally add flexible hairspray.

If your hair is anything like mine, the curl will still tend to fall out, especially at the roots, so I also bring along a small clippie for later in the night...I can at least hide the top half that had gone straight and still have curls at the bottom.

Also, to get a messy wave, shampoo your hair the night before. Do not dry. Put your hair in several loose braids all around your head. Make sure the braids start pretty close to your head and end at the very tip of your hair. The next morning after it feels dry, carefully untwist each braid with your fingers. Do not brush...it will just turn into a frizzy mess. Style it with your fingers and finish with hairspray.

Hope this helps.

use hairspray after drying...curl re spray... it works....

My hair is kinda thin and really fine, I want loose/wavey curls that will stay in for a whole night. Any tips?

Use hot rollers, roll 'em up, spray with hair spray.

Once the rollers have cooled down, undo them and...

use your fingers to "brush" them out--just loosen up the curl a bit, then spritz again with hair spray.

Use an "all day" hairspray, with "touchable hold"...there IS a difference!
