I found an after wash spray (whilst your hair is still damp)called Dream Hair which has a good effect - don't use too much as it gets sticky but it is really good if you are sparing with it!

Know very little about it but I can guarantee that over-the-counter remedies will do more harm than good. You need good oldfashioned recipes like beer, eggs and so on to really thicken upo the hairs. Ask around your senior citizen friends or try Google or the library.

Of all places Avon has a spray called - Mark Mega Volume Root Lifting Spray. It a little sticky at first but it give you a lot of volume. the stickiness will go away, but at first you are caught off guard. It really lift your hair even if you don't hang upside down. And it not that expensive, it run about 5 dollars or so.

Try using a volumizing spray. It gives your roots more boost and makes your hair look a lot thicker. Garnier Fructis makes a really good one!
