I don't know much about bikini waxing at all, but it just seems to me like it wouldn't cause ingrown hairs...But make sure you don't completely take my word for it!

Exfoliate the area so hair does'nt get ingrown. There are products you can buy to apply to the area afterwords. Look in the shaving product area of the store.
