Just always keep it trimmed, and moisturize like crazy! May I recommend Bed Head's: Oatmeal and Honey conditioner. (food for your hair!) And also limit your hair elastic use.

Go to the pharmicist or something similair and ask for products that would help you hair grow quickly naturally.

Another option would be to get extentions or those cheap clip on extentions.
