Invest in a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner duo. Also, invest in a good deep penetrating conditioner. Joico's K-Pak is awesome stuff. Use it once or twice a week and leave it on for 10-20 minutes. It will penetrate your hair and keep it thoroughly hydrated and moisturized.

Wrap the hair in foil with the cream and leave it on for an hour.
