yes it would look good if you are good with red and black. generally speaking it does look good and use the blue black not just black. the regular black does not comeout shiney and nice an d this one is prettier.

Color your hair, but if you want to add a little color and "zazz", do highlights, don't color the tips. That looks bad on EVERYONE.

if you want to just go for it. and if it looks bad it will grow out or you can just die it back. but just incase dont dye it black cause it will never go away and if you bleach the black your hair with fry and turn orange

too many fake blonds out there... unless your hair is light colored then make it lighter. However if its dark or brunette I do think jet black or blue black would look good on you. Not the one with the red tips like you suggested unless you're trying to look like "Emo"*lol*. Hope this helps!
