How to style natural afro hair, please help?

I do not wish to relax my hair, just tips

It depends on how you wish to style it.

First when shampooing your make sure your use lots of conditioner like Paul Mitchell Super Charged Treatment and leave it in for about 30 - 40 mins and then rinse well. Towel dry only. keep comb your hair every 10 mins for about 30 mins. Put in to lots of sections all over.

1) If you wish to get a better curl dry straight then quick straighten each section as you go.

2) Once straightened all over put in to section again. Use either curling tongs(which is best) or Heated rollers.

3) Hair spray lightly but enough to hold the curl.

if you wish to straighten it then follow steps 1 and 2 but straighten really well twice all over.

You can then put it up if you wish or leave down.

Sometimes what helps if leaving the conditioner in of night and rinsing in the morning. On non afro hair it is good but not styling wise. But this is perfect for your hair type. With practise and continue use of the Treatment will mean it won't take as long each time. Soon it will be a quick wash and then style. And of course practise makes perfect.
