Wash you face twice a day with "kiss my face" unscented olive oil soap. Wash your hair daily with your favorite "suave" brand shampoo and use a little conditioner. Lay off the cheap and whorish looking phoney blonde and heavy hooker-looking make-up. Yuck! Clean and natural is pretty - beautiful in fact. False and painted/dyed is ugly and cheap looking.

Warm some olive oil in a bowl and put it in your hair...dry or wet. Wrap a damp hot/warm towel around your head. This is a good at home hot oil treatment!!
