i did that, but i didnt go to a salon which you can do, but if you want to do it at home...let your hair grow out to about a 2 inches or more then get 1/2 inch that's all cut off no more then get a male hair relaxer then get a hair glue to design %26amp; hold it. No particular brands any will do, but make sure you go to walgreens %26amp; look for a male relaxer with a black man on it, but a glue with a white man on that...you're sure to get your spikes, but becareful of the glue it can hold, but you have to keep it up so it doesnt mess up your hair %26amp; read the directions on each so they dont conflict. ask the people who work there too or go to a hair salon %26amp; ask them.

Here r some steps that would help u get great hair
1) Buy gel
2) Put get on hands
3) Spread gel all over palms
4) Spread ur fingers out so they cover the whole top part of ur hair
5) Pick one hand to start with
6) Put the chosen hand a push it back
7) Repeat step 6 with other hand
8) Let gel dry
