I didn't get a stuble until I was 24. i am now 30 and I can't grow a mustache. It is just diffrent for everyone.

There's nothing that you can do. Sorry. Facial hair is determined by your genetic make up. It just the card that has been delt to you. But look on the bright side - shaving is a drag.
Do Not put those hair growth creams meant for the top of balding heads - they will seriously burn your skin, and they only rejuvinate hair folicles that were once there- they do not grow hair where your body has decided it isn't going to have any.
