What is the best shampoo for my type of hair?

My hair is thin and straight. It looks okay for a day; my biggest problem with it is that after one day, it gets extremely greasy... I'm looking for a shampoo (or hair tips) to combat oily hair! thanks :)

Try using a clarifying shampoo (Pantene ProV). It keeps your hair clean (kind of like a deep cleansing facial for your hair). Use two to three times a week. On the other days that you wash your hair, use a shampoo and conditioner for your specific hair type (whatever you normally use).

To keep your hair from looking as greasy, don't use as many products, like hairspray, gels, creams, etc... Also, on days that you don't wash your hair, use a dry shampoo or baby powder. You dust along your hairline and brush through.

It is ideal to wash your hair every other day to prevent damage. Also try only using conditioner every other time you wash your hair. Conditioner has oils in it that can grease-ify your hair.

I hope that I helped. Happy New Year ( :
