But go the a beauty store (so they can feel your hair) and get a good conditioner *dont cheap out.

Give your hair a break from the blow drier and flat iron.

You also have to use a product to protect your hair against heat before blow dry and again before the flat iron

And use a very strong smoothing conditioner on the ends of your hair so it will smooth out split ends. Trust me it works.

-first wash hair with a clarifying shampoo (pantene pro-v is best).

-you can wait for hair to dry, or leave it wet.

-put in a plastic shower cap.

let it sit for a couple of hours.

or you can sleep with it over night.

Once it is fried and damaged and have spilt ends the only thing you can do is to trim your hair before it gets any worse...I'm sure you don't want the spilt ends to ride up your hair and in the long run break off...If you are like me and hair trims because they "always cut too much! That's not what i asked for..that's a CUT.." then go to a salon and ask for "dusting"..dusting is a process were they cut generally1/16 of an inch...as minimal as possible to just get a majority of the damage...also I recently purchased this treatment mask for my hair it's shiped from isreal and works MAGIC (it was $50)...simple wet your hair put the cream on combing it well and throughout your entire head (i know it takes awhile but it is SO WORTH it) then let it sit for at least 30 minutes ...wash it off DO NOT SHAMPOO your hair just rinse and come out ...your hair will feel like silk and my hair is VERY damaged...fuzzy...wavy..now it's smoother and softer!
