Any one have tips for makeup?

i a going to homecoming with my first date want to look cute!!! i am not sure what dress to wear yet, b/c i need to go shopping....but i have fair skin, and brunette hair...tips?

hm... since it's a special event, don't be afraid to wear a little more makeup than you would usually wear. Foundation, bronzer to make you look tan, a light blush and light (almost skin-toned lips) for the face, but really make your eyes pop. Use as much mascara as you want, and curl your eyelashes to make them really long and lush. Don't use too much eyeliner, but you should wear some. good luck!

it depends on what color you end up wearing, but dont get too extravagant. do it subtle, and shimmery. not glitter, EW! but like loose powder eye shadow is something i'm a fan of. Bare Essentials has really pretty eye shadows that come in loose powder form. %26amp; once you get you dress you can go there and they have a ton of colors so you can probably find one that will match your dress perfectly. good luck!

I have fair skin w/ dark brown hair as well. Don't try anything out of the ordinary without experimenting prior to the big night. A good purple eyeliner will make eyes pop if they are brown. Definitely mascara, but I would recommend neutral shadows and light blush, and nice lip gloss.

Go to your local dept store such as a Marshall Fields or something similar and ask to set up an appt. to get your make up done for free at the make up counter! They do this free so you'll buy the make up! just make sure the lady who's doing the make up has hers done tastefully and you'll be happy with your own result!

Almay has eyeshadow called Intense i-Colour to compliment each eye colour, check out you local cosmetics counter or go to www.almay.com or ca, not sure. They work great.
