longggggggg eyelashes are hottt! and great for dancers! if you don't have very long eyelashes i would suggest getting fake ones! and eyeshadow depending on what color your eyes are.

I dont know if you need to wear your hair back or not,but if so wear it in an elegant bun or something,have it really cute and perfect curls or else poker straight. Wear natural looking make up so you look naturally gorgeous! wear foundation,conceler,blusher and powder. Just mascara on eyes,and lots of pink lip gloss for a really pretty look. Seriously though, just do your hair in different type of pretty braids and buns so you can look pretty but still focus on dancing. Like the following hairstyles. I included links because they are how-tos.

Then just try variations on easy and messy buns and find what you like. If you do decide to wear your hair back, and your ears are pierced than get large diamond or cubic zirconia studs to wear in your ears. Hoops and chandelier earrings don't really work for dance, I found out. Haha.

As for make-up, keep it natural. Don't ever wear bright purple or blue or smokey eyes on your lids to dance class. maybe for a recital, but not for class!

Most people want to bring out their eyes and the best way to do this is to use contrast color.

Brown Eyes : pretty much any color lighter or darker than your shade of brown will contrast and make them pop. especially light blue, baby blue, and lilac.

Blue Eyes: brown, beige, camel, sand. any shade of brown will contrast with blue eyes and make them pop.

Green Eyes: for casual times, mauve, salmon, and meium purple shades. for special occasions - brownish pink %26amp; lilac.

Hazel: pinkish brown, lilac, baby blue, camel, sand.

Then just go for a slightly tinted lipgloss or clear lipgloss - if you bring out your eyes you want to keep your lips very neutral and avoid bright colors. Only accent one feature at a time - either cheekbones, lips, or eyes.

Some other tips to make your eyes pop would be to line them with a bright shade of the colors I reccomended for your eye color above instead of using that same shade of eyeshadow.

For example - if pinkish brown looks best on you, try just liging your lids with that color instead of using that color as an eyeshadow.

Curl your eyelashes using your eyelash curler and apply a coat of darkbrown or black mascara depending on your skin tone. Darkbrown for pale skin tones and black mascara for medium to dark skin tones.

Well, first let me tell you that you should not trying to look better for other girls, but for yourself and maybe some boys.

Don't try to get them impress with more or more bold makeup, the secret of wearing makeup is that should not look obvious, the more natural the better, use a dark eyeliner in thin lines, don't over do it. Also a lipstick that can go from pink to dark red tones depending on your skin, to make your eyelashes longer use those mascaras that have 2 steps, first you apply the white mascara that make them longer and then the dark one.

And a soft pink blush will make your face look more fresh or better a pink dust that looks better for dancers.

But most important, show security, most of those girls are not even pretty but the way the act make people look at them differently. Be secure of yourself and show it, if they're mean or give you bad looks is most probably because they are jealous.
