Yep! I have been noticing lately my hair is broke off in pieces. I'll notice at the back of my head, or near my ears, anyways I mentioned it to my beautician when I was there last %26amp;........ she said to be careful drying your hair. After shower if you put it up in towel, you twist it %26amp; that is what was breaking my hair. So now i just put the towel on my head %26amp; gently i guess set it there. I used to throw it up %26amp; twist it--you know. So be careful towel drying!

Try frizz ease serum by John Frieda. Also, if you sleep on a satin pillow case it helps a lot. Hair doesn't get as messy, it just slides around instead of getting caught and breaking off. Spray on conditioner helps too. You should deep condition once a week.

It cud be the hair products that u use or if you use lots of heating products like curling irons, chi irons, flat irons and etc. that cud break it off too. Talk to ur beautician for hair products that meet your curly-haired needs

My heart go out to you, I have the same kind of hair. If you go to www.ouidad.com she will tell you all about taking care of curly hair. One thing that I've learned and it has worked greatly for me. Is to do deep conditioning once a month with plastic bag on head/and under dryer or hot towel on top of your head. I like the hot towel, I can walk around doing other things. One of the deep conditioners that work for me is K-Pack. You will learn to love your very fine curly hair as I have.
